Contact Us

Use the form below and it reaches the person who edits this site. There is no ticketing system and no support desk — it is a small operation, so replies are written by hand and can take a few days.

The message we most want to receive

A correction. Vancouver changes faster than a travel guide does: TransLink adjusts fares, Cypress and Seymour publish new opening dates, festivals move venues, and a restaurant that anchored a neighbourhood guide closes over a quiet January. If you were standing somewhere last week and the page was wrong, that is genuinely more valuable to us than anything else in the inbox.

It helps enormously if you can tell us which page, and what the correct detail is — the current fare, the actual opening hour, the sign on the door. Those get fixed first, usually within a few days.

Things we cannot do

To save you writing a message that will only get a disappointing answer:

  • We cannot make bookings. No hotels, tours, ferries, restaurant tables or ski passes. This site sells nothing and holds no reservations.
  • We cannot help with an existing booking. If a tour operator, hotel or airline has let you down, we have no relationship with them and no ability to intervene. Contact them directly.
  • We cannot give visa or immigration advice. Entry to Canada, eTA eligibility and border questions must go to IRCC or the CBSA; getting this wrong from a travel site could cost you a trip.
  • We do not accept paid placements. Sponsored posts, paid links, “collaborations” and guest posts with an embedded client link are all declined. Please do not send a rate card.

Tour operators, hotels and attractions

You are welcome to write if a factual detail about your business is wrong on this site — a moved address, a changed season, a price that is out of date. We will check it and correct it, at no cost and with no expectation of anything in return.

What we will not do is add or remove a listing because you asked. Rankings and inclusion are editorial decisions, and being contacted does not change them in either direction.

Press and reuse

For quotes, syndication or permission to reuse material, choose “Press or media” in the form and say what you need and by when. Short quotations with a link back need no permission. Republishing a guide wholesale does — see the terms of use.

Privacy of what you send

The form asks for your name, email address and message so we can reply. That is the only reason we hold it, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not pass it to anyone else. The privacy policy sets out how long messages are kept and how to ask us to delete yours.
